After lacing tracks on smooth jazz saxophonist, Najee's, Morning Tenderness CD and joining him as featured vocalist on his world tour of the same name, Causey began crafting songs for what ultimately became his aptly titled debut, N-TYSING featuring the fine work of Najee and bassist, Nelson Braxton of the standout jazz duo, Braxton Brothers. The result unveiled an artist that harkens back to the storied crooners of the past, but with a present day sheen that boasts a collage of R&B, jazz and sensual soul. This recording marked the overdue emergence of a vocalist primed for addition to a list of the industry’s best and garnered much acclaim from fans and critics worldwide.


With availability abruptly cut short and the recent success of Causey’s latest CD, LOVE NOTES, the requests for his stunning debut have grown high. The wait is now over with the re-release of the aptly titled, N-TYSING REKINDLED featuring all of the original material plus two new bonus tracks!
